Territory Sales Manager – Wound Management

£35K – £40K + OTE 17.5K + Car + additional company benefits

Territory: Bristol – North Somerset – South Gloucestershire

Our client is among the fastest growing wound management business in the UK who pride themselves on high quality and clinically effective products.

As Territory Sales Manager you will be required to identify and develop business across all appropriate sectors in line with regional and national objectives. Key customer will include Tissue Viability Nurses, Procurement, District Nurses, Clinical Specialists ensuring profitable growth for the wound care portfolio.

Key responsibilities and duties:
·Regular and systematic coverage of all relevant NHS Trusts, Health boards, CCGs across both acute and community healthcare settings
·Identify and establish relationships with budget holders, influencers and key decision makers
·Maintain up to date account and customer records
·Host product presentations to specific customers and support case studies via product evaluation/trial in target accounts to maximise sales revenue
·Maintain regular contact with key decision makers working within the clinical procurement and end user setting
Essential skills required;
·Recent experience of working within both community and acute NHS Health economy
·Sales experience within the medical device arena
·Experience of influencing both clinical and non clinical customers
·Demonstrable recent sales record
·Excellent customer focus and service skills
·High level of commercial awareness
·Excellent networking skills

Desirable skills required;

·Science or business related degree
·Nursing or clinical qualification
·Experience with Tissue Viability or Procurement customers
