The company

Our client has been established for just over 20 years and have key experience and expertise in servicing, calibrating and supplying a wide range of medical equipment. They have become a well-respected company winning numerous CCG’s, General Practice and Ambulance Service contracts.

The Role:


Looking to grow the currently small Endoscopy division as The Product Manager you will be responsible to coordinate and provide guidance to all functions within the organization to assure the Endoscopy product line is developed, manufactured, purchased and marketed competitively.

  • Assume primary responsibility for product line revenue, growth, and profitability. Maintain ownership for insuring that product lines meet annual sales budget targets.
  • Drive identified market growth initiatives including development, implementation and control plans..
  • Facilitate partnerships/alliances with other firms as necessary to strengthen the product portfolios to improve sales and distribution channels success.
  • Drive new product development projects from the beginning phase of scoping the project through to the end phase of launch of the product.
  • Negotiate contracts with key customer accounts.
  • Provide input to the Marketing functions for generation of Sales tools, presentations, seminars, application notes, technical documentation, and training tools to assist sales force.
  • Travel and meet with customers and channel partners as required.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing preferably in related industry
  • Have significant experience in making customer and industry presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skill and experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft® Excel, Power Point and Word skills preferable.
  • Language skills preferable

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree. Advanced qualifications in business or marketing a plus.
